I can’t find the product I am interested in. What can I do?

In case an item you are interested in is not available on our Facebook Messenger Shop, please send us a message here at Facebook Messenger by typing #search. Next, please describe the product you are looking for or send us a photo of it. A member of our team will contact you regarding your request as soon as possible. 

How do I know if my order has been successfully registered?

A member of our team will contact you to confirm your order as soon as it is processed. 

Shipping

We ship our parcels Monday to Friday using with the most reliable credible shipping carriers. Your order will be delivered to the registered address you’ve provided us (or registered with us). The shipping cost is 3,60$ for a parcel weighing up to 2Kg and 1,30$ for every extra Kg. There is no additional charge for cash upon delivery.

Order status 

Upon completion of your order, you will receive an email confirmation. When your order’s processing is complete, you will receive another email including a URL link from the selected carrier indicating the location of your parcel.

What if I am not there when my order is delivered?

If your order reaches its destination and you are absent, then the courier service will try to deliver it 2 more times in the following days. If delivery fails again following that time period, the parcel will be returned back to us and will be registered as ‘’refused delivery’’.

Return Policy

You can return the purchased products or ask for a replacement, should:
1. We’ve sent you the wrong items
2. The purchased items were faulty

How do I know if the returned products have been successfully returned?

When the returned products arrive back at our warehouse, a member of our team will confirm their return.
